UpVibe Terms & Community Guidelines

Technical draft: This page records the current source-observed community rules and release boundaries. It is not a final legal agreement, and it must not be deployed as final terms until the live product, regional requirements, owner decisions, and legal terms have been reconciled. No legal review is claimed by this draft.

1. Eligibility

The current enrollment screen checks the date of birth entered on the device and blocks a new signup that indicates a person is under 13. This is an eligibility check, not identity verification. The date of birth and resulting Teen or Adult enrollment state are not added to the profile or product analytics.

2. Community standards

UpVibe's in-app Community Guidelines prohibit nudity or sexually explicit content, bullying, harassment, stalking, and violent or graphic imagery. The transferred app presents reporting and blocking controls. Moderation operations, enforcement timing, records handling, and emergency procedures must be verified before release.

3. User content and conduct

The in-app Guidelines state that users retain ownership of their content and grant UpVibe permission to host and display it. The precise scope, duration, and any limits of that permission are not finalized by this technical draft. Users must not use automated systems to access the service, scrape data, or carry out unauthorized commercial advertising.

4. Service availability and accounts

Features may change or be unavailable while owner-controlled backend, storage, moderation, and release operations are verified. This page does not promise a particular service level, moderation outcome, or account action. The in-app account-deletion request starts a seven-day recovery period; see the account-deletion status for the current verification boundary.
