Age suitability

Use of UpVibe is limited by the age rating and terms shown in the applicable app store and region. This page does not change the existing store age rating.

Prohibited child exploitation

Child sexual abuse material and content that sexually exploits or endangers children are prohibited on UpVibe.

1. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, share, request, promote, or link to prohibited child-exploitation content. Enforcement outcomes must follow the verified moderation workflow and preserve required evidence.

2. Content Moderation & Reporting

Users can report suspicious or illegal content through UpVibe's in-app reporting feature. The transferred reporting and moderation workflow is being technically verified before the next release.

3. Evidence and legal process

Evidence preservation, disclosure, and required reporting must follow applicable law and documented owner-approved procedures. This technical draft does not make an unverified legal or regulatory attestation.
